INSIDE TIPS

  • Always turn your salt generator off for 24 hours whenever you add salt, shock or Calcium.
  • Always add salt to the shallow end.
  • If any salt sits on the bottom of the pool brush it up to dissolve it within a few minutes or it may leave a stain behind.

The Clormatic 2 Story

Clormatic was purchased several years ago

Note 1-We have out run of original style cells in the model 601 & 301 (these cells have only 2 ports). The manufacture now only manufactures a new style 3 port cell (see picture to right) this cell will not retrofit an old style cell. You will have to re-plumb your piping. The new style cell comes with a new flow sensor and a cord, however the new flow sensors are designed for use with a Clormatic 3 unit and WILL NOT work with a Clormatic 2. If you choose to install this new cell on your Clormatic 2 DO NOT use the new flow sensor as it will not work. You will want to continue to use your old flow sensor.
