International Orders: We accept orders from countries other than the United States. Please be aware that shipping costs can be very high if the item has to travel by air. UPS, FedEx and United States Postal Service (USPS) calculates all air shipments based on a dimensional basis rather than a weight basis. If you would like to know how much it will cost to ship something add it to the shopping cart and go through the order process and it will calculate the shipping cost before you are required to enter your credit card information. Also be aware there are certain countries that automatically raise red flags on orders. Our transactions are not processed automatically when you complete the order. We receive the order at DPW review the order and then process the transaction. If the credit card information is from a red flagged country we do an extensive qualification check before we process the order. Also please be very specific with your address information. If UPS or FedEx have to make address corrections there will be additional charges to your credit card to cover these expenses to us. Any changes made to the address shipped to will incur these extra costs. The fee generally ranges from $10 to $20 for an address correction. So please make sure you have the correct address. All international shipments must have a telephone number. Failure to give us that information will delay the shipment of your item(s).
