Online Return Policy at DiscountPoolWarehouse.com:
Our return policy is quite simple.
If your product is broken, defective, or otherwise unusable, simply complete the Online Return Authorization Request Form. All items must be in the original packaging and in good order. We will process a credit for your account upon receipt of the returned items.
Any other returns, except defective or broken will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
